MENSOMENSO RESPONDS TO ATTACKS...... OFLATE...this paper has been flooded with a lot of queries and people asking which people are behind this publication. From the onset the paper takes responsibility for all the works that are published here because we believe we are a responsible organisation and we do not intend to injure the feelings of our readers or indeed people close to them. Because we are not known, we have been subjected to all sorts of attack, insults and all the unpalatable and people forget we are human beings. But we have maintained our professionalism and have never attacked back. But we cannot keep quite at these attacks which are not genuine but baseless. We have been forced to reply following an article which was written by KUNDA KUNDA attacking us in all sorts of manner. We shall not respond to KUNDA’s attacks but we shall keep quite. From the Onset we agree that we are not the pioneers of this paper and we acknowledge that this paper was not started by US but the journalism class of 2009.We were a fan of this paper and when it died we felt we had the obligation to revive this paper. We never attack people and if we do we apologise just like we apologised to DESMOND KATONGO for being harsh on him but the fact was the story we carried about him was very true. In our quest to report, we shall not injure anyone though we know that it is possible to injure other people unknowingly. But why should people like MIYOBA HANGALA hate us because we are not the originators of this paper, she should accept the fact that she never had the courage to take over and run this paper. So MIYOBA should not hate us but offer constructive criticism for us to grow after all it is in the interest of all. So KUNDA KUNDA should know very well that it will not pay him to write trash about us and the best he can do was to accept that we exist. We wrote a story about him and we challenge him to explain whether what we wrote about his promotion was a lie or not. HATING us will not pay for anyone We have been honest enough to ensure ALL the stories we carry are nothing but the truth and we sensor ourselves for stories we know that can injure other people .This does not mean we are not on the ground, we are and we know what is happening our ears are everyone. CHIKO MUKOKA is another person who has insulted us left and right again we say the truth will set as free as ours is a goal to serve and not to fight others. OF the more than five thousand stories we have carried less than four have been questioned. We verify all the stories before we publish them. We have published stories of how thieves attacked Mr MUKWASA, How TEDDY MALUNGO is preparing for his wedding how PHYLIS and BRIAN are having a dark corner relationship and many others stories which have never been questioned because we verify these stories before we publish them and just recently one of our reporters on the ground brought a story of how one man Katwishi Bwalya and Chisenga Mutakasha are reportedly having an affair. The two were allegedly spotted in Chilenje at African Braii on Saturday night walking as lovers. We did not report this we had to wait and ensure facts were on the table. Just like we are verifying others stories. So we ask for people to be level headed when they are dealing with our paper because it is our friendly paper that we have in conclusion we only hope KUNDA KUNDA will apologise for the words he used when he was attacking us. Hope matters can rest now as we wait to celebrate the marriages of NIMON MULEYA, and KOMBE CHIMPINDE and we wish them all the best and we thank them for accrediting our reporters so that we can cover their wedding .
