MPs point to systemic flaws in Union State programs MOSCOW, 10 June (BelTA) – The Union State programs stumble on systemic drawbacks in the course of their implementation, said the Commission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Belarus and Russia Union State in a meeting in Moscow on 10 June, BelTA learned. The Commission reviewed the results of implementation of the programs "Development of nanotechnologies of designing materials, devices and space technology systems, and their adjustment to other branches of equipment and mass production" (Nanotechnology-SG); "Modern technologies and equipment to manufacture new polymeric and composite materials, chemical fibers and yarns" (Composite); "Development of a unified mobile multifunctional complex of ground-supported trajectory measurements based on dual-use special optoelectronic systems and microwave elements" (Trajectory) and “Improving the efficiently of the food industry by recycling its waste with the use of advanced technologies and equipment” (Waste). news.belta.by/en/news/econom?id=717792
