MPs point to systemic flaws in Union State programs MOSCOW, 10 June (BelTA) – The Union State programs stumble on systemic drawbacks in the course of their implementation, said the Commission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Belarus and Russia Union State in a meeting in Moscow on 10 June, BelTA learned.
