Tell Jonathanians to throw the attached photograph into the garbage cans for the following reasons; ● Section 10 of the Nigerian constitution; EXPLICITLY PROHIBITS the adoption of any religion as a state religion ● Section 10 implicitly defines and classifies Nigeria as a SECULAR STATE which implies the strict separation of the Nigerian State from its religious institutions ● Buhari has manifested his TOTAL compromise to the Nigerian constitution and he is in absolute accordance with the stipulated therein regarding the implementation of sharia ● The Constitutional courts which are not Sharia courts are superior to the Sharia courts, and people who have taken their cases from the Sharia courts to the constitutional courts have won it. ● Sharia is strictly Islam, it is the code of conduct of the Islamic Religion, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES can Sharia be applied to NON-MUSLIMS Enough said, vote wisely and as you cast your votes, do that based on aptitude and void of religion...Simply vote out under performance in order to stimulate performance. ~Jack Obinyan 19/12/2014 ********PLEASE SHARE********
