MY PURANDHAR-HAVELI. Purandhar Haveli consist of entire Purandhra Taluka and few villages from Haveli Taluka. Traditionally this legislature assembly seat remained with opponent party. Shri.Dada Jadhavrao of Janata Dal won elections 5 times in the past. Last election he was on 4th position. He is man of really good character. Education 12th. But unable to do any remarkable development. People say that he has used divide and rule policy in villages, which resulted enemity between the different groups in villages. Now he is quite old and will be backstage performer. Shri Chandukaka Jagtap of Cong.(I) lost all the elections he contested. Education 10th. Occupation : Business / Farmer. Some business activities are disliked by common people. He has done good work in co-operative sector. Although Cong(I) and NCP forms the alliance in the state, but Purandhar is exceptional. Here alliance seldom works. Due to political ambitions of both cong(I) and NCP leaders they never help each other. Last election his son Shri. Sanjay Chandukaka Jagtap contested as independent candidate. He was on third position. He is well qualified. But general public is fed up of GHARANESHAHI, in cong, NCP, as well as Shiv Sena. Morever the big curse is castism. Maratha and Mali. 96 kuli/ 92 kuli maratha. This is really nonsense. Last election was surprisingly won by Mr. Vijaybapu Shivatare, Shiv Sena. Suddenly he became popular by organizing mass weddings. People of Purandhar wanted change, above highlighted points ensured Vijaybapus win. He is one of the active MLA who spends most of his development fund. THEN ALSO CHANGE IS REQUIRED TO CHANGE THE SYSTEM OF GOVERNANCE, CONSISTENCY IN DEVELOPMENT WORK, GET RID OF THE SAME OLD BASIC PROBLEMS FACED BY MASSES, PROBLEMS IN RURAL AREAS INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PURIFIED DRINKING WATER, ELECTRIC SUPPLY,ROAD AND TRANSPORT, QUALITY PRIMARY EDUCATION. Our first meeting at Saswad was attended by few people, including party workers of other parties. Though we are not aware of their intention or politics, hopefully Aam Adami Party and agenda of the meeting will spread all over. Sooner or later change will take place. This is just beginning.
