Made it home from out 4-day whirlwind trip. Had a great time. Worked a full day Thursday, then drove to Byers Lake. Camped by myself that night. Drove the rest of the way to Anchorage, and picked up Mel on Friday. Camped outside of Seward (I love Seward) and went to Exit Glacier the same day. Saturday, we went sea kayaking in Resurrection Bay , we saw sea otters, porpoises and bald eagles. There was a lot of people fishing for silvers. We drove to Homer after that and stayed overnight at a B&B on the spit. I love homer too. We then marathon drove back home today. It took 13 1/2 hours with occasional stops. Have Monday off for rest, and them back to the grind.
