Makerere admissions letters are being issued at the Senate Building to prospective students. You will recall that prior to the closure of the University, the issuance of admission letters had been decentralized and admission letters were being issued at Colleges. With effect from Monday 19th August 2013, the issuance of admission letters has been centralized, and we advise all prospective students to pick their admission letters from the Senate Building. For security reasons, we request all students to ensure that they carry valid Identity Cards (from their former secondary schools), comply with security guidelines and head to the Senate Building to receive the provisional admission letters. There is no charge tagged to receipt of provisional admission letters.
