Mama J..................this is for all our new friends so you will know about us and who we are!! Love new friends!! Opie is 2 3/4 years old and has spina bifida. He gets around in a cart from Eddies Wheels. He is incontinent so needs a male wrap/diapers/pullups for potty issues. Opie’s birthday is May 23, 2011. Wanda is the only female in the bunch. She is Opies fur Mama. I have had them both since the day they were born. Wanda is 4 plus years old. Wanda’s birthday is December 18, 2009. She does not have special needs other than her tude. LOL She is all drama queen girl and fashionista!! Henry is 1 year old. Henry’s birthday is December 1, 2012. Henry has a spinal cord defect and this causes him to also be incontinent. He does not have SB like Opie. Henry can run and play normally. Henry arrived from Arkansas in February 2013. Grampa T was my senior boxer. You will find pictures of him on this page and in our albums. He was 15 years old when he crossed the Bridge on March 7, 2014. He arrived in January 2013 as an owner surrender from Chicago, IL. He was a gem. He was not special needs, but a senior. The 14 months that he was in my home was a total BLESSING!!! Roscoe is our newest family member. He arrived as a breeder surrender from Cassville, MO. He is 10 years old. He arrived at my home November 27, 2013. This page is just day to day events in the pups lives, videos that they make and just fun and happy postings. I am Mama J.............my first name is Julie. We live in Springfield, Missouri. I am a probation officer and have worked in the prison/correctional system for over 23 years. I have a son the pups refer to as Tall Boy. He was married in August 2013. He is 24 years old. My daughter-in-law is Morgan or “Morgie”. My daughter or Sissy is in the Navy (Naby). Sydney will be 20 years old in June 2014. I am in the process of working on a childrens book about my pups. I would like to gear the book/books toward children with special needs and also to teach children how to treat each other, manners, budgeting, life skills, etc. through the pups.
