Passalhar PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Mandi (HP) that Roshan Lal, his son Bharat Bhushan and Kanta Devi W/O Sh. Roshan Lal R/O Vill. Passalhar PO Chauntra Tehsil Jogindernagar Distt. Case FIR No. 62/13 dated 07/08/13 U/S 147,149,451,323,504,506 IPC has been registered in P.S. Aut on the complaint of Sh. Vishan Lal S/O Sh. Khem Singh R/O Vill. Nachan PO Somnachani Sub Tehsil Balichowki Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/08/13 Maheshwar S/O Sh. Uttam Singh, Led Ram S/O Sh. Uttam Singh, Mohan Lal S/O Sh. Meghu Ram, Diwan Singh S/O Sh. Bhime Ram, Dole Ram S/O Kheve Ram, Ved Prakash S/O Sh Shadhu Ram all resident of village Chalot PO Somnachani Distt. Mandi (HP) beat him up and he sustained injuries. HC Narpat Ram No. 886 I.O. of P.P. Balichowki is investigating the case. CASE OF ROAD ACCIDENT 3. Case FIR No. 183/13 dated 06/08/13 u/s 279,337 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Kama Thakur S/O Sh. Biri Singh Thakur R/O Vill. Bayar PO Tilli Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi (HP) that on 06/08/13 at about 8.16 PM he was going towards Mandi by his truck (HP33A-2581), in the mean time a Nano car (HP33c-3341) came very rashly from Mandi side and struck with his truck and both occupants of said vehicle sustained injuries. HC Kewal Singh No. 20 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case. CASE OF CRIMINAL TRESPASS, HURT AND INTIMIDATION 4. Case FIR No. 185/13 dated 07/08/13 U/S 451,323,504,34 IPC has been registered in P.S. Balh on the complaint of Sh. Lal Singh S/O Sh. Chimna Ram R/O Vill. Pali PO Chunahan Tehsil Sadar Distt. Mandi that on 06/08/13 at about 11 PM Nihal Singh entered in his house and beat him up along with his family. HC Vijay Kumar No. 862 I.O. of P.S. Balh is investigating the case. CHALLAN 40 challans were issued and fine of Rs. 9200/- was recovered under M.V. Act during last 24 hours.
