Many have often said, Dr. Pete, I dont see miracles like you do. It is almost as if they think miracles are only for a select few. Let me encourage you that there is NO ELITISM in the Body of Christ! God is no respecter of persons. Spiritual maturity is not based on the duration of time one has been saved, but on accepting Gods Word as GODS WORD with simple child-like faith! I have ZERO CONFIDENCE in myself - my confidence is in JESUS CHRIST!! The only requirement I see in scripture to be used by God & experience the miraculous in your life is to BE HIS & BE HIS WITNESS!! Share JESUS & watch out!!! As you go... Preach Jesus!! But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and YOU SHALL BE WITNESSES to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” (Acts 1:8) After these things the Lord appointed seventy others also, and sent them two by two before His face into every city and place where He Himself was about to go. Then He said to them, “The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few; therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest. And heal the sick there, and say to them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’ Then the seventy returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name.” And He said to them, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven.” (Luke 10:1, 2, 9, 17-20) “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it. (John 14:12-14) And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give. (Matthew 10:7, 8) And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” (Mark 16:15, 17, 18)
