Marvin A. Trimner (September 3, 1931 - October 23, 2014) U.S. Veteran Marvin A. Trimner, of Chase, passed away Thursday, October 23, 2014 at Spectrum Health Reed City Hospital. He was 83. Mr. Trimner was born September 3, 1931 in Reed City to Charles and Hazel (Moser) Trimner. He graduated in 1951 from Reed City High School. Mr. Trimner was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. Marvin married Glenda Vincent June 7, 1986 in Reed City and she preceded him in death in 2008. He worked at Tubelight in Reed City for 32 years, retiring in 1991. Marv was a member of VFW Post 2964, Reed City. Marvin is survived by his daughter, Debra Trimner-Boerma of Chase, 4 sons, Brian (Sharon) Vincent of Buckley, Craig (Pam) Vincent of Evart, Todd (Cathy) Vincent of Interlochen, Lance (Jen)M Vincent of Stanwood, 5 grandchildren, Amanda, Jason, Jenni, Matt, and Lindsay, 4 great grandchildren, a sister, Judy (Paul) Eichenberg of Reed City, and a brother, Ron Trimner of Reed City. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife Glenda, son Jerry, and 3 sisters, Hazel, Betty, and Patricia.
