Maryland - Jefferson man, 25yr old Ryan Huffer, has been arrested and charged in the death of his 3 month old son. Huffer was charged with first degree child abuse resulting in death, first degree child abuse resulting in serious injury and first degree assault. On February 16th 2014, officers responded to a report of a 3 month old unresponsive boy. He passes away the next morning.
