May 3 and 4, 2010 Remember that Fisher had fallen 24 down into an elevator shaft and was pinned under the elevator for what seemed like an eternity. Shallow breaths was all that he could manage after multiple fractures in his little noggin, broken ribs, collapsed lung, multiple optical bones broken, dislocated shoulder and a few more, life flight twice, needed CPR 3 times. The post from May 4 in the AM: 24hrs later, God was healing his body.Praise the Lord, that is really all that is to be said. I slept in the room with Fisher for a little while this morning and awoke to my sweet little Fisherbug confirming to the nurse that he was hurting. You wonder why this is a great praise....He was confirming to a nurse that he was hurting.....responding....this is what we have been praying for! He got some pain meds throughout the night and rested comfortably. His sweet little face has gone down in swelling. His eye looks so much better. Neuro made their rounds early and will decide about doing more pics of his lumbar to make sure everything is okay there. Gonna reread all CTs. Please pray now that all xrays are clear. Thank you all so much for your prayers and wonderful posts. Please continue they have certainly lifted my spirits and many others that have read them. Yes, Jesus loves him this I know!
