McDonalds is under fire again for trying to help its employees. The McResource Line website offers employees advice on how to cope with issues like expensive holidays. According to an article on MSN, the websites tips include taking a vacation, returning unopened purchases, sell unwanted possessions on eBay, eat less and quit complaining. The website Low Pay Is Not Ok managed to capture some screenshots of the advice. McDonalds employees have been grabbing headlines lately because of their complaints about low pay. Protests were staged around the country earlier this year and employees say they should be paid as much as $15 an hour. The advice on the website is not sitting well with some of the employees. Earlier this year, a financial planning site from McDonalds basically proved that it is impossible for their employees to survive on a fast-food paycheck. McDonalds also offered tips at that time. One of those was that McDonalds employees should probably get a second job to help make ends meet.
