Me making muscadine jam: O was going for a pink jam, so I mostly used the Pam white muscadines along with just a few Ison muscadines for some red color. I should have used fewer black muscadines because I ended up with a much deeper red than I was going for. Anyway, its delicious and the jars sealed this time. Now that Ive got the jam making process down, later this coming week I plan to make myself some Asian cuisine inspired muscadine sauce along the lines of a plum sauce. It should be delicious and kind of fun to do something very Asian with a distinctively North American fruit. God bless. Marcus
