Mehbooba To Meet Vohra Today By Greater Kashmir, 31 Dec 2014 (31 Dec) Srinagar, Dec 30: Peoples Democratic Party president Mehbooba Mufti Tuesday left for Jammu to hold discussions with Governor N N Vohra on government formation in Jammu and Kashmir. PDPs chief spokesman Naeem Akhtar said Mehbooba is scheduled to meet Vohra on his invitation on Wednesday to discuss the situation arising out of the split verdict in the recent elections. Meanwhile, Akther said, the party patron Mufti Muhammad Sayeed Tuesday continued consultations with the partys rank and file. Mufti has been meeting party leaders, newly elected legislators, senior workers and some of the members of civil society in a bid to shape the partys response to the challenge thrown up by the fractured verdict in the recent polls, he said.
