Melvin Edward Hughes aka Mr. Melody made his last turn on the turn table. With saddened hearts, we share that Mel departed us after a lengthy battle with throat cancer, but with joy we know that he is no longer in pain. Feisty happiness until the end, Mr. Melody will be missed. To my niece, his pride, joy, and dearest baby girl, Bryttni Hughes and the family of my former brother-in-law, I extend my deepest condolences. Services will be at 8:30 a.m. tomorrow, July 30, 2014 at Austin Peel & Son, located at 607 E. Anderson Ln., Austin, TX. R.I.P. Mr. Melody [1/16/53 - 7/19/14]
