Message for today: Dont be misled by outer appearances. It could be the death of us. Things are not always as they seem. There are tools that are designed to give false impressions, such as, photo shop, make-up, testilying vs testifying, sew-ins, smiles, tears, poses, sermons, gifts, compliments, big houses, fancy cars, flattery, college degrees, community services and so much more. We are surrounded by false friends, false prophets, false teachers; in other words, we are surrounded by wolves in sheeps clothing. The biggest demon in the world can clean up well enough to deceive the most intelligent of human beings. The time has begun that I have heard about for years...the time that God is pulling the covers and exposing those things that are not of Him. All that glitters is not gold. One thing that weighs heavily on my heart is relationships. I have had far too many conversations with women and men alike who are married to someone with a roving eye. Their eyes sees the lip gloss, the foundation, their false eyelashes, the butt and the boobs. Some eyes see the clean shave, wavy hair, the six-pack and the biceps. However, there are things that the eyes cannot see...the deceitfulness, the trifling ways, the possibility of an STD, the assignment to kill, steal and destroy. The ears hear the words that flatter. I remember having a smart mouth when I was young and being told Dont let your mouth get you in trouble. I say to you dear friends...Dont let your eyes and ears get you in trouble. I was not called to be a tickle-the-ear preacher. When you have been held at gunpoint in the name of love, when you have had a knife at your throat in the name of love, when you have suffered carpet burns as a result of being dragged across a carpeted room in the name of love, when you have been hit with fists, driven in front of an 18-wheeler, slapped around and spat on, raped, cheated on, all in the name of love...you have to know exactly what your calling is. Gods plan was not to harm me but to prepare me for battle. #RawButReal
