Message from Darin Kinser: Hello my fellow Lawrence County - TopicsExpress

Message from Darin Kinser: Hello my fellow Lawrence County Hoosiers, today marks a new day in Lawrence County Politics. I have decided after long thought to run for Lawrence County Sheriff. In 2012 I went before the Lawrence County Commissioners and our current Sheriff Sam Craig along with his Chief Deputy Mike Branham to request the county authorities to reassure the people of Lawrence County that they will uphold the U.S. Constitution and protect the people of our county from unlawful acts created by our current U.S. President and the U.S. Congress. Since the passing of the National Defense Authorization Act, counties across the United States have passed resolutions banning the NDAA from within their county. Sheriffs across our nation have publicly announced there stand for the American People and assure that they will NOT allow federal officers/military within their local agencies. Our current Sheriff Sam Craig and the Current Republican candidate Mike Branham have yet to publicly state that they will use there power to uphold the Constitution and protect their citizens from these unlawful acts taking place across our nation. One county in Indiana has passed such a resolution and its time our county and our Sheriff do the same. It is the right of the people to feel secure in their homes, their communities and their nation. As Sheriff of Lawrence County I will block the Federal Government from entering our county, I will instruct my officers to arrest any federal agent entering our county on the means of Indefinitely detaining our citizens. As Sheriff I will instruct my officers to patrol not only the Mitchell, IN area but all of Lawrence County. As Sheriff I will stop all at home vehicles and make sure all vehicles remain inside Lawrence County at all times. As Sheriff I will work with the Chiefs and Marshalls of Bedford, Mitchell and Oolitic to keep their officers within their city limits unless otherwise notified for assistance. We have a big issue within Lawrence County with officers leaving their assigned areas and it brings a higher risk for safety to those communities. As Sheriff I will work with the Jail Commander and County agencies to lower inmate population within the Lawrence County Jail. The overcrowding of the jail is a risk to inmate and correction officer safety and the overall well being of Lawrence County. As Sheriff I will also work with the food services people to insure healthier food to be served within Lawrence County Jail. These are just a few of the major issues within the Lawrence County Sheriffs office that need to be the top priority of our candidates in 2014, Is your candidate in agreement? A vote for Darin S.
