Message from Ibrahim Soudy Hi All, I just wanted to give a quick report on my meeting with US Rep. Jim McDermott on Tuesday 12/23 in Seattle: - Meeting length was 30 minutes with him and his District Director, Tera Beach, taking notes. - I introduced myself and showed him my 10 pocket licenses as a Structural Engineer. - We spoke for a little while about the Middle East and the US Foreign Policy and the WAR on TERROR. - I used the release of the Torture Report, and the fact that two Psychiatrists were paid over 80 million dollars to advise the CIA on how to torture people, as an entrance to the fact that SOME PROFESSIONALS lie and violate the professional ethics codes when money or jobs are involved. THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED in the 9/11 Commission Investigation by the NIST Engineers. - YES, I actually made a direct analogy between the tow Psychiatrists advising the CIA on Torture and the NIST Engineers lying in their investigation..... - I spent sometime going through the very simple physics of how the destruction of the towers could not be due to simple gravity collapse (Free fall acceleration, Floors below the impact location should be stacked on top of each other after the collapse, concrete NOT pulverized into powder)... - I handed him a printed copy of the article by the 9/11 Commission Chairpersons Tomas Kean and Lee Hamilton in the New York Times (January 2,2008) called Stonewalled by the CIA. He read the article as I waited. I said that THAT renders the commission report worthless........... - I also showed him the book called The Commission - The Uncensored History of the 9/11 Commission and left a copy of the book cover with him. I asked him if he has read the 9/11 Commission Report and the answer was NO!!. I strongly suggested to him reading the report and the book to see how INSULTING the commission work is to the intellect of people..... - I stressed the fact that the executive director of the commission (Philip Zelikow) is an Israeli Citizen and that the TABLE OF CONTENTS of the report was GIVEN TO THE COMMISSION STAFF BEFORE THEY STARTED THE WORK according to the book The Comission which is based on interviews with the Commission members and staff...... - He had a few questions as follows: Q: Do I believe that some people put explosives into the buildings to bring them down? My answer is YES. Q: Why do they need to do that? My answer is THEY NEEDED A REASON TO HAVE AN OPEN ENDED WAR ON TERROR. A NEW ENEMY IS NEEDED AFTER THE COLLAPSE OF THE SOVIET UNION. THE MILITARY INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX WAS UNHAPPY WITH THE CUTS IN DEFENSE BUDGET BY BILL CLINTON. THE NEOCONS WANT TO RESHAPE THE MIDDLE EAST TO THE ADVANTAGE OF ISRAEL. OIL RESERVES ALSO HAPPENED TO BE UNDER THE FEET OF MUSLIMS. Q: Do they need to do all that destruction on 9/11 t start a war? The first world war just started by killing one important person?! My answer is: The war started by 9/11 had to have a SPECTACULAR event to remain in the MINDS of the AMERICANS and be an excuse for ENDLESS WAR. Remember, TERROR is NOT a well defined ENEMY that you defeat and that is it. Besides, something was needed to really put FEAR into the hearts of Americans to put security over anything else..... - He said something that took me by surprise There is nothing that I said that He does NOT believe!! - He then asked me What is my point?. I said given all what is happening now, all people who care should step forward and do what they can to stop this madness based on lies. I even mentioned that American Veterans are committing suicide at the rate of one per hour and many Americans are homeless on the streets even under his office building..... - He asked me what do I suggest? My answer was :Why not have a press conference (and I am willing to take part) to show that the official story cannot be true both because of science and the Article Stonewalled by the CIA and demand a second look into 9/11. - He asked me do I think people will come to such a press conference? I said you will know when you do it and the Media will cover it. - I referred him to The Consortium News as a source for reliable analysis on US Foreign Policy driven the Neocons and also to Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth as a place to find many other professionals asking for a second look at what took place on 9/11. I even mentioned Ray McGovern as a contributor to Consortium News (Jim knows Ray well). - He made some light talk at the end about soccer and the tunneling machine stuck under downtown Seattle asking when will the tunnel be done? .......... - That was the end of it and we parted with him asking for my contact info. I handed him my business card. - On my way out, his district director told me that she is very familiar with Architects and Engineers and that she heard much of what I said from other people too. LETS SEE WHAT WILL COME OF IT. I strongly suggest that everyone keep hammering the point home to EVERYBODY (local. State, Federal officials, the media, and the public).
