Mexican Wolf Proposed 10(j) rule and DEIS Procedure Guidelines for Information Session/Public Hearings to be held at Pinetop, Arizona on August 11, 2014 and Truth or Consequences, New Mexico on August 13, 2014 Registration/Speaker Cards 1. Registration is requested but not required unless you want to be added to the stakeholder email list or wish to speak at the hearing. 2. One registration/speaker card will be used requesting the following information: a. Name b. City/State c. Email address d. Organizational affiliation (if any) e. Check speaker box if you desire to present oral comments at the hearing 3. Registration cards (registering for email list only) will be retained at registration table. Those with the speaker box checked will be deposited in a box for later random drawing. 4. Registration cards can be filled out any time before or during the information session or public hearing. 5. The boxes with speaker cards (with the speaker box checked) will be collected ten (10) minutes before the beginning of the hearing. Speaker cards received after the boxes have been collected will be held and drawn only if time is available for additional speakers. 6. Only one card per person. 7.
