Michael Oriekose is a civil engineering student, and an aspirant for SUG president. Our union is currently going through some challenges as regard adequate representation on the side of the students, this is where I hope to come in to be the voice of the students, To let the school management and state government know what we are going through, Its for the betterment and general upliftment if the institution, if the students friendly oriented policies are put in place. No student has been paid bursary since I came into this school. This is an issue I intend to take up with the state government, Students rights on campus are no more respected. We need to work on that, its our constitutional rights as students. In the hostel, some things are very wrong a Lot of people are not doing their jobs We intend to make them work for their salaries Its the only write thing to do. AAU isnt socially active,We need to liven up this institution and bring some popular artistes down for our own social merriment after all All work and no play makes jack a dull boy. We need to make this university equal if not better than other famous institutions in Nigeria I.e bringing banking halls and services into the university. All this and more I promise to fulfill and bring to reality if only I have your votes. I am Michael Oriekose. I am a Civil Engineer. I am the change AAU needs. AAUites deserve more than what we are currently getting. I know your wants and I know your needs and I as a rational human being is ready to meet your wants and needs.
