Mike McCready has helped so many children through the Crohns & Colitis Foundation of America - Northwest Chapter, by giving benefit concerts... (with Flight to Mars) and other awesome events! The money goes, in part, to Camp Oasis, where the kids get to experience community and fun while dealing with these debilitating diseases! Mike McCready, who also has Chrons, talks about his activism! My niece, Alesandra Geddert ,now 23 yrs. old, has battled Chrons since early High School and she got to be the only female counselor for a group of boys at Camp Oasis! Allie had a blast and was so grateful, herself, for being there! Thank-you, Mike McCready (Pearl Jam) and Pearl Jam Activism for all you do for these kids!
