Monday May 5th, 2014 ANNOUNCEMENT: Regionals weekend is almost upon us (next weekend). We hope that many of you will come over to watch and sport the colours of your coaches and home box! Go CrossFit Taranis!!! Schedule adjustment because of Regionals weekend: Friday May 9th - Classes at 7am, 5:30pm and 6:30pm Saturday May 10th - Classes at 9am, 10:30am and 1 pm Sunday May 11th - No classes. WOD: For time: 50-calorie row 50 box jump overs, 24 inch 50 deadlifts, 180 lb. 50 wall-ball shots, 20-lb. ball 50 ring dips 50 wall-ball shots, 20-lb. ball 50 deadlifts, 180 lb. 50 box jump overs, 24 inch 50-calorie row Strength: a. Snatch 80%, 85%, 90%, 80%, 85%, 90%, 85%, 90% b. Clean and Jerk (same as Snatch) c. 5 rounds: 6 thrusters 65/55 6 pull-ups 2-a-day: 20 reps of WOD Movie Quote: Character 1: Be careful man, it almost hit me that time!
