Monday Misnomers: Part 1 Carbs do not make you gain weight directly. Let me repeat, Carbs do not make you gain weight directly. Eating the wrong carbs and basically eating too many calories causing weight gain. Actually eating the right carbs at the right time promote weight loss and increases muscle which actually is the key to long term success. Learn to love the right carbs. Age is just more yrs getting it right. 44 and going strong.
