Morning Expendables! On Monday, we officially start our P90 Challenge! But before we get started, there are a few things that need to be done to help get ourselves organized and ready to HIT IT for SUCCESS! 1. Take your Before photo, measurements, and weight. Similar to our food logs, we have to keep track of our exercise and monitor our physical changes. The P90 Program recommends that we take a progress photo, weigh in and track our measurements every 30 days.(Day 1, 30,60, and 90) You can upload your before photo, record your weight and/or measurements on your profile page on teambeachbody (remember to check your privacy settings) 2. Schedule your workout! The workouts are about 30 each minutes, but you must plan ahead to make sure that you are making the most out of your time. Schedule it the same way you schedule a doctors appointment and keep it! Put up the P90 workout calendar on your wall and check off your completed workouts. You can also create a schedule and log your workouts in the SUPERGYM on teambeachbody. Have your workout clothes/shoes ready to go.
