Morning Inspiration: Come, be my disciple, Jesus said to him. So Levi got up and followed Him. That night Levi invited Jesus and His disciples to be his dinner guests, along with his fellow tax collectors and many other notorious sinners. Mark 2:14-15 Levi didnt hesitate one bit! When he was called to follow Jesus, he got right up and did it! That very night, he began introducing his friends and coworkers to the Lord. What a great example Levi is for us today. Too often, we hear God calling us to follow Him, but put it off, make excuses, or completely ignore the signs and signals we are given. Likewise, once we do ask Him into our life, we tend to be very shy about sharing that news with family, friends and colleagues. Levi did it right, putting Jesus at the center of his world from day one. Lord give me courage and confidence to in dealing with my world today. Show me how I can be more like Levi.
