Most folks dont know it, but Tom Scholz was working as an engineer at Polaroid when he built his own recording studio in his basement, and recorded all of the tracks on Bostons debut album, playing all of the instruments and doing all of the vocals himself! Tom also designed the Rockman: A cigarette pack sized practice amp that delivered a well executed emulation of an overdriven tube amp tone right into your headphones!
