Most of us just throwing food into our stomachs to satisfy the minds hunger. What if we were consciously chewing the food and were watching this process? We would realize how much less we really need to eat to feel satisfied. The mind always needs more than the body can handle. To harmonize the minds desires with the bodys ability to handle it - is Yoga. Yoga is not about just becoming flexible and strong, but becoming aware when enough is enough.
