Move of the Day: back to basics...from PiYo Downward facing dog - Crouching - Crouching push-up From Downward Facing Dog pose, bend both knees slowly down and up by keeping upper body steady with minimum movement. This is Crouching Dog. Do 4-8 reps then put both hands with fingers facing each other, do the same move but bend both elbows like push-up. This is major shoulder toner! Do 4-8 reps.
