Much before Interstellar, for those who remember, Alien Planet had depicted what it would be like to explore a new planet. Towards which Leonardo and Newton, the two probes, had gone exploring the planet to discover its fascinating life forms. Nolans narrative demands negated the use of drones and droids. But the documentary still provides a fascinating tale. One, Nolan could well have studied and mulled on. But then his vision would turn into a mini serial than a movie.
