My Hatelist: 1. 5 ATMs, only 1 functioning 2. Fuel/Petrol Pumps/ Filling Stations closed while roadside vendors did brisk business with their cans and bottles of fuels. DC rationing/ limiting the quantity of fuels the public can purchase due to Artificial Scarcity of Fuels. The people taken for a ride, not a Joy-Ride this! 3. Committees who actually had 7 or 8 members calling a Statewide Bandh and thereby raising the Price of Everything - Food price, Cow price, Bride Price etc. Fortunately for them, they are not in my Hitlist yet!
