My Prism tv keeps on freezing and nothing seems to be fixing it. I have reset the router and boxes, read online what to do and then called Centurylink support for help. They sent me to the head tech people. They saw the problem and fixed it, so it wasnt something I could even fix with my tricks I had in my hat. Well it worked for 10 minutes without freezing. Called them back and spoke again with the head techs. They see there is not a problem coming into the house, but see there is a problem somewhere else. Needless to say they are sending a technician out in the next 24 hrs. Maybe a switch back to Comcast is in my future!
