My Thoughts of the trial: They say that possession is 910ths of the law, im curious to know whats the ratio for been at the wrong place at wrong time is? Its not about what was right in this case, its about why was it done... That area was known for numerous of break ins right? So, why would you allow your child to walk to the store late at night in an area like that especially if he was not from there? Poor parenting could be address here as well. everyone wants to live in a safe neighborhood, but when a serious decision is made there is so much questioning as to why and what happen... im not taking sides on this case, but its a very hard discussion..
