My best piece of advice is to start getting serious about training your legs. As your legs grow, your body produces more natural Growth Hormone & Testosterone, meaning better overall results. Too many people SKIP leg day and they are cheating themselves way more then they even know. Or, they train legs, but dont push nearly as hard as they would on the other body part days.
