My brand new laptop has crashed windows 8 doesnt boot up at all says media fail, get intouch with the co-op were I got it from check done that they gave me a number for toshiba check done been on the phone for 2hours and still nothing media fail.....no windows 8 cannot be booted up, toshiba wont do anything apart from trying to sell me recovery discs worth £160 plus vat....no thanks... Telephoned co-op they cant do anything apart from trying to sell me a copy of windows 8 at a price of £190 plus vat......hang on the laptop is 6weeks old Ive got a warranty according to both sides it doesnt cover software just the computer thats microsofts department so here we go again in a 3 way were I ring them all again till somebody sorts it out!!!!!!
