My chamber exec friends can probably relate to this...it was a Monday big time! 3rd phone call of the morning and someone calls wanting some info and I give a name and line rings so I put them on hold, (agreed on by second party) I come back to first call immediately and phone was dead. Thinking Id be nice and return call to give phone number I was asked for and leave a voice mail. Said person calls back and kind of yells at me for calling back...I simply say I wanted to give you the phone number...person says you gave me all I needed and hangs up! Me...stunned, I thought I was being nice! Felt kind of down for a bit till an older (older than me) gentleman came in and needed info, map and phone book. After I gave them to him he said can I hug you? Then he sheepishly smiled and said he guessed he better not in todays world! Faith restored in kindness!! Love, prayers & blessings to all!!
