My dad cracks me up. He looks over at my plate for breakfast which contains 💚1 green container of raw cabbage, carrots and cucumber. ❤️ 2 red containers of 2 whole eggs and 1 chicken/apple sausage. And he says why do people not eat enough when they diet ? His face was so concerned and confused. I explained to him that the program I am following is super easy because we just follow the amount of food containers and BOOM we lose weight! Myth: if I dont eat I will lost weight!!!! When we dont eat enough our metabolism stops and goes into starvation mode. So we pretty much hurt our body! Tip: meal prep and eat every 2-3 hours!
