My deload was supposed to start today but I wanted to see what I could work up towards (for a triple) beltless on a deficit. 70*5, 100*3, 120*3, 140*3, 170*3, 190*3 and ended with a 200*3. Form was so so on the last rep but still good enough. I havent done deficit deadlifts for a while so I was quite pleased.
