My latest Recipe !!! AND its cheap !! Co-op frozen Pollock - 6 pieces for £2.00 1 pack Co-op Parma Ham - 6 slices £2.00 odd Sage (£1.00 if you dont have any) Garlic (50p ish if you dont have any) Frozen Broccoli (about 8 pieces) (about 30p) Defrost the fish Sprinkle with Sage Slice 2 large cloves garlic thinly and lay on fish (to taste) (but I like a LOT) Wrap each fish in the Ham tucking edges underneath Place on tin foil with the broccoli. 200degs C for 20 mins in pre-heated oven Ham should be slightly crispy when done. Pour the left over juices over the ham/fish when served. Even Alessa Potter liked it with the garlic :) :) Meal for 2 - Total cost about £5.00 - and it was REALLY NICE xxxxx Zoë
