My morning so far...alarm starts going off at 5:45. Why so early? I cant remember why, so I just hit the snooze a few times (5). Suddenly at 6:30 I remember that Im having family over tonight for Spaghetti and meatballs and no matter how much I wish it, those meatballs aint going to make themselves! Jump out of bed and head downstairs (damn its cold down here) to stick my hands in some freezing cold disgusting burger meat. Squish squish squish roll roll roll and fry, simultaneously making the sauce on the opposite side of the counter (queen if multi-tasking), dishes piling up on top of last nights dishes, OMG I forgot to start the coffee pot!! Finally, coffee is perking, dishes are washed, meatballs are simmering...quick....Run upstairs and jump in the shower, run back downstairs, flip meatballs, grab coffee, run back upstairs (very carefully so as not to spill a single drop of tbe wonderfullness in that hot mug), blow dry my hair (thank god for short hair), back downstairs to flip balls one final time, upstairs to start the makeup process, concealer is on....good enough for now.....downstairs to add meatballs to 2 crockpots of sauce (the 3rd batch of gluten free sauce for Alice (hugs) is in the fridge, back upstairs, and, since I spent the majority if yesterday in my car and saw very few people I feel safe wearing the exact same outfit as yesterday but with cuter shoes, crap...forgot to plug crockpots in! Run downstairs...more coffee....oh look, mom is up!! Good morning mommy!! Can I help you Kari? Thanks mom but its all under control (yeah right), back upstairs for one last final push of hair and makeup completion. I need to be out if the house by 8:30 to meet a consignor. Its now 8:31 so that aint happening. Ill just text her. I really dont understand, since most of my days start like this,why Im not skinnier!! It just isnt fair!!
