My opinion, not a whole lot... both go through the pasteurization process that kills almost any beneficial enzyme or bacteria that is needed to maintain good stomach health, which is one of the contributing reasons why a lot of us have major stomach issues by the time we’re 40 years old in America. Real raw milk straight from the cow is not even close to what you get in the store. It’s warm, sweet, creamier than liquid and really good for you. The main reason for the pasteurization process is so they can take milk from several different dairy farms; mix them together for mass production and distribution without different bacteria mixing together. Depending on what region the cow is raised in and the diet of the cow will determine what’s in the milk and how it will taste. This is why I support eating and supporting locally grown. I know diet determines taste, because one time back on the farm the cows got into some wild onions and the milk tasted like onions for about 2-3 weeks!
