My previous post happened in this regards:How did Stephen Harper forget ; the fact what happened in India in 1984 and on top of the fact government there ; never booked the criminals in its police force for criminal negligence ; arrested ; put many of them in prison for life ; and on top of that execution of those ; via hanging whom failed to issue orders was most desired ; but Canada; USA, NATO; UNO and Amnesty International never asked about documents and forensic facts that provide info ; how many mobs were fired at and killed; truth is none ; that single facts proves ; congress and government was behind Nazanin Afshin-Jam 35 minutes ago Thanks once again Canada! Yesterday, a motion to condemn the mass murder of political prisoners in Iran during the 1988 massacres as a crime against humanity was passed unanimously in the House of Commons. This All-Party motion was jointly presented by Conservative MP James Bezan, NDP MP Paul Dewar and Liberal MP Irwin Cotler. Kudos to Kaveh Shahrooz for pushing this too. The text of the motion is: Mr. Speaker, there have been consultations among parties, and I believe if you seek it you will find unanimous consent for the following motion, jointly seconded by the hon. member for Selkirk—Interlake and the hon. member for Mount Royal. I move: That, this House condemn the mass murder of political prisoners in Iran in the summer of 1988 as a crime against humanity, honours the memory of the victims buried in the mass graves at Khavaran cemetery and other locations in Iran, and establishes September 1 as a day of solidarity with political prisoners in Iran.
