My sincere appreciation to my staff at Happy Kitchen in Amigo Terrace Hotel for working more than 17 hours covering breakfast to late dinner today. Bisan kapoy na and kulang gid ang manpower, I could still feel their sincerity to serve our hungry guests. Same people to serve early morning breakfast, wala pa nakapuli sa ila respective families. So proud of my staff for their resiliency. Everyday, we keep on overcoming challenges yet we are not discouraged. One day soon, we will get there. Thank you for this early birthday present. :) Cheers!
