My wife was about to get her period and it was making her feel like shit. I asked her if you wanted a massage (and my wife always wants a massage,) but she just winced in pain from the thought. A quiet but menacing growl vibrated from the back of her throat and she said “No, it won’t help.” And then I watched her tortured reflection in the bathroom mirror tell me, “This is why you should always be nice to woman.” “Well you know why you should always be nice to men?” I started to tell her; not realizing it was the last thing she wanted to hear. She quickly interrupted me with just a single glare as she turned away from the mirror and stared me down. And with a crazed look in her eyes that burned right through me, she said most emphatically, “No! I can’t think of any reason at all.”
