My wish for the day: I wish a law would be enacted for it to be illegal to shoot any radio collared bear. 13 year old Dot was shot and killed on Friday, September 13th. Dot was radio collared and decorated with gaudy bright colored special durable ribbons around her collar ----- very visible to any human eye. Also --- baiting?? Let me feed you and then I will shoot you. This is called hunting?
