NEW Cabinet appointees: Minister of Information Communication Technology and Courier Services is Supa Mandiwanzira who replaced Webster Shamu. Monica Mutsvanga will be deputy of the information ministry. Christopher Mutsvangwa will be minister of newly created Ministry of Welfare Services for the War Veterans, War collaborators, Former Political Detainees and Restrictees. Minister of Higher and Tertiary Education, Science and Technology Development is Oppah Muchinguri who replaced Dr Olivia Muchena. Muchinguri headed the Ministry of Women Affairs, Gender and Community Development, whose minister will be chosen later. Minister of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare is now Prisca Mpfumira who replaced Nicholas Goche. Minister of Energy and Power Development, Samuel Undenge who replaced Dzikamai Mavahire. Undenge will be deputised by Tsitsi Muzenda. Minister of Youth Development Indigenisation and Economic Empowerment is Christopher Mushowe who replaced Francis Nhema. Minister of State for Manicaland is now Mandi Chimene who takes over from Mushowe. Minister of State for Mashonaland East is Joel Biggie Matiza who replaced Simbaneuta Mudarikwa. Vice President Emmerson Mnangangwa will still continue with his portfolio as Minister of Justice, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs. Vice President Phelekezela Mphoko will be responsible for the promotion of National Healing, Peace and Reconciliation, a portfolio that was held by late Vice President John Landa Nkomo.
