******************NEW ROLE********************* Telemarketing Executive Our client based in Cambridge, is looking for a Telemarketing Executive. This company offer a wonderful working environment and a great package including a starting salary of £19,000 basic, uncapped commission, mobile telephone, 3 volunteering days for Charity and membership to JCI, along with 20 days holiday and all public holidays. You will be joining the B2B Lead and Tender Generation team, where you will work on behalf of some of the leading construction industry contractors and suppliers generating meaningful appointments, tender opportunities and following up on proposals for projects across the UK. All work is completed in a quality focused and results orientated environment. You will be well supported and provided with the training needed to enable you to give the most to your role. As the company is rapidly expanding, there will be opportunities to progress and diversify in other areas of the business. Job duties • Researching new projects across the UK within the construction sector • Generating tender opportunities on behalf of our client’s customers • Arrange new business appointments • Send out introduction and follow up emails on behalf of our client’s customers • Maintaining the databases • Meeting individual and team based targets • Take an active role in the company by contributing new and innovative ideas • Assisting with Social Media updates Person Specification • Knowledge of the construction industry – Desirable not essential • Experience of using Sage ACT or any other CRM systems • A background in telemarketing/telesales with a courteous phone manner • Experience in a target based environment • Motivated and driven with a strong desire to learn and succeed • Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word and Outlook) • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills • A team player, maintaining a high level of discretion and consideration towards others • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise work effectively and efficiently • Good eye for detail • Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining good judgment • Good and motivational team player, taking steps to improve team results, behaviour or relationships If you are coming with the necessary experience and would like to be considered for this opportunity, to become the next team member in the telemarketing team, then please get in touch with us today!
