NEWS: Women living near Brooks only have one day left to take advantage of mobile mammogram services at the Health Centre. Women between the ages of 50 to 74 are most at risk of developing breast cancer, and can get screen testing done in the community until tomorrow. A mammogram is an X-ray of the breast that has proven to be the most effective way to detect breast cancer. Early detection allows for a greater number of options for treatment and a better chance of survival.
