Finally got some phone after spending about 6 hours racing all over Berlin from one BASE shop to another for a substitute SAMSUNG GALAXY - as part of the "Service" contract, I would "immediatey" get if mine gave up - note small print - IF available! Apparently none are, as they all break down! Why? What the guy told me, SMARTPHONES HAVE to be shut down and restarted at least 3- 5 x a week, if you keep it on continously, they simply go "kaputt"! Ah - thanks for telling me NOW! Each salesperson told me all data would definitely be lost - after installing WHATS UP, clicking around, I realized a lot of the data is there?
