NQA Academic has a history. Demand for educational services of the highest level came back in the years of perestroika, Mikhail Gorbachev. And there was training center in Tomsk Polytechnic University under the direction of Eugene Ruzaeva. The first major seminars began in 1993, each year up to 2000, the center was preparing 75-100 highly qualified specialists: Commissioners management systems, quality management systems, etc. Get active with the Embassy of Germany allowed to join the international program AMOS (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), a European program PIP, a program of the United States (IREX, USAID), etc. All this helped attract 10 million USD of foreign investment and create high-quality personnel training center of international legitimacy education documents, as well as practice in the best academies in Germany, the UK, Switzerland, USA. Partnering with training centers in Switzerland and Germany allowed to implement a series of major international educational projects worthy of the status of the academy: Russia, Kazakhstan (a course of lectures at the invitation of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan), Zurich (Switzerland), Saarbrücken (Germany). It is worth to mention the project in 2006, when visiting the world guru Tom Peters spent 4 hchasovuyu lecture to an audience of 1,000 listeners (Novosibirsk Akademgorodok).
